Assistant
I’ve been working with Matt since he started the firm in 2013. I’m proud to serve as an assistant to Matt in all of his casework, as well as to help organize his schedule and maintain working order between cases. I also love working with our clients on a daily basis to ensure their needs are met, and to assist with the handling of their case in any way that I can.
Our Core Values
1. We discover the “broken pieces”
- As a Personal Injury Lawyer, I know that personal injuries (and property damage claims) affect everyone in a unique way. We take the time to learn about what specific challenges are our clients facing right now. We maintain that level of communication to know what they are facing in the coming weeks and months. We find out everything that their injury has taken from them. We help our clients along the way to minimize those things that can never be given back, and fight to get them everything they deserve when it comes to obtaining a settlement with the insurance company to make up for the damages our clients endure during their case.
2. We win more than just money
- Anyone who has ever turned on a television or driven down a highway knows that every personal injury lawyer claims to get their clients more money than the other firms in town. One thing that sets us apart from the sea of lawyers making that claim is that we truly do strive to get much more than just money for our clients. We get them peace of mind, we help them achieve a sense of wellbeing. We help our clients to feel better both physically (by ensuring they are getting the best medical care) and mentally by taking so much of the stress off of them during the process. Our clients don’t just get a check at the end of their case; they get a sense that their loss was felt by our team, and we provided value to them at every stage of their case, not just when it came time to accept a settlement.
3. We are industry leaders in efficiency
- We identify the needs in our clients’ cases and take immediate action to meet them head-on. We have discussions with our clients about their injuries early and often during the treatment phase of their case. We help them find the best treatment providers anytime they are unsure where they can go to get the help they need. We find out when our clients finish their medical treatment and we obtain the medical record evidence faster than ever, often within 30 days of them finishing. We compile the evidentiary records and summarize them as they come to our office, so when a case is ready for us to start working toward settlement with the insurance company there is no delay. Our organization and drive to be the most efficient firm allows us to be industry leaders in being able to obtain the money our clients need from the insurance company faster than ever before.
4. As our firm grows, increasing quantity doesn’t mean sacrificing quality
- Our success and quality of representation has led to our firm being referred to many people who have a need for a personal injury law firm. Our law firm is in higher demand now than it has ever been, and we are growing as a result! Growth is exciting for us as a law firm and we strive to be able to help more people through this process than ever before. As we have grown we have been able to hold onto the things that have bade us great advocates as a smaller, boutique law firm. Our attention to detail in each case never gets lost in the shuffle. Our team is focused on working together and working with our clients to continue to meet every need in their case. As our firm has grown in cases, staff, and success of those cases, we have been able to also craft solutions to help us improve across the board as we go.
5. Insurance Companies respect us because we punish them for refusing to pay
- It is well known that the insurance industry is massive in terms of the amount of money they make. Insurance companies happily rake in money on premiums every month, but when it comes to actually paying out on valid claims, they become very greedy. When left unchecked they will intimidate and bully people into settling for much less than their claim is truly worth. Many law firms will routinely settle for less because they know it is much less work to take a lowball settlement than it is to fight the insurance company in court to get the full amount their client deserves. We refuse to take less, we believe in our clients’ cases, and we are willing to see those cases through to the very end. Our determination has led to insurance companies recognizing that when they are dealing with our law firm, they won’t be able to get away with the tactics and lowball settlements they might be able to get by with when dealing with an injured victim on their own, or someone who is represented by a firm that doesn’t put in the effort that we do.
